Kareforce was created out of a simple but powerful truth: the caregiving system wasn’t working for anyone.
I’m Justin R. Weber, and before Kareforce ever had a name, I was just a young caregiver trying to find steady work in a field I loved. I saw families desperately searching for support, agencies scrambling to fill shifts, and caregivers like me struggling to connect with the people who needed us most. Everyone was frustrated, and none of it was because people didn’t care. It was because the system didn’t connect the dots.
That disconnect planted the seed for my work long before any business idea existed. After graduating high school in 2020, I began working one-on-one with young adults and children on the Autism spectrum. I loved the work, but I couldn’t ignore the bigger problem: families couldn’t find help, caregivers couldn’t find opportunities, and agencies couldn’t plan resources effectively. The need was huge, but the tools were outdated.
In 2022, a life-threatening car accident forced me to pause everything. The recovery was long and difficult, but it sharpened my sense of purpose. When I returned to caregiving, I came back with a clearer vision: there had to be a better way to connect caregivers, families, and agencies—something modern, easy to navigate, and built for real human needs.
That vision became Kareforce.
By 2025, development began on a platform designed to solve the very problems that shaped my early years in the field. Today, Kareforce is driven by the mission to make caregiving more accessible, more efficient, and more human. We’re building tools that help agencies plan smarter, help families find the right support faster, and help caregivers do the work they love without barriers.
At Kareforce, we’re not just creating connections — We Are building a stronger, more responsive community of care.
